Key Executives

Mr. Llopiz has overseen Quik Park´s growing portfolio for the past 21 years. As a hands-on day-to-day senior executive, he oversees and administers over 80 parking facilities throughout the New York City area, making sure that Quik Park´s experienced and qualified personnel maintain a high level of customer service. He is actively involved with preparation of financial Pro Forma of income and expense, negotiating union and non-union contracts, and maintaining the company´s training and safety standards to attain the company´s goal of "unparalleled Service". With his leadership, Quik Park has grown to among the top three owner/operators of parking facilities in New York City.

Mr. Burstein has overseen the financial operations of Quik Park for over 7 years. He oversees the day-to-day financial operations for the company´s portfolio of parking locations throughout the New York City area. With his 8 staff accountants he monitors all revenues and expenses and produces monthly reports for each parking location. He has over 30 years of financial accounting, auditing and controllership experience. Harvey is a graduate of Queens College with a BA in Accounting. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Llopiz has been with Quik Park for over 12 years. During his tenure with Quik Park he has worked throughout all operational sectors of the company, ultimately rising to VP of Operations. Lincoln is a hands-on manager who oversees daily operations of all Quik Park locations. His responsibilities include surveying garages for vehicle allotment, supervising all managers, field supervisors and attendants, scheduling staff for field audits, implementing rates, and maximizing revenues. He also oversees all construction projects and maintenance of the garages.
